Dzana Homan is an experienced franchise and educational services industry executive and a leader. She joined School of Rock in 2014. Prior to School of Rock leadership, she served three years as COO of Goddard Systems, a franchised educational services company. She has earlier CEO tenure in franchised educational services, with two and a half years as CEO of Huntington Learning Centers and over five years as CEO of Futurekids Computer Learning Centers. She began her corporate career working for a franchisee, so she has been on both sides of the franchisor/franchisee table and possesses very strong franchisee relations sensibilities and skills. Beyond her industry and CEO experience, Dzana is a classically trained pianist who has also played rock/contemporary music and sang in clubs.

Senior Vice President of Marketing

Elliot is a lifelong musician with a passion for performance. Before joining School of Rock, Baldini served various marketing strategy roles at a variety of companies, including Guitar Center and Sears Holding Corporation. His background includes a specialty in eCommerce and brand development.

“Elliot has shown extraordinary talent in analytical decision making and strategic marketing, and we are thrilled to have him lead our marketing here,” said School of Rock CEO, Dzana Homan. “We are confident that his expertise will prove to be a valuable asset as School of Rock looks towards further expansion in the coming years.”

Elliot joined the School of Rock team in 2015 and is excited for the opportunity to contribute to the franchise’s ongoing success.



Vice President of Franchise Development

Colin grew up all over the place but would call Houston, TX his hometown. Prior to joining School of Rock, he worked in franchise development for a large multi-branded franchisor and has been involved in franchising in various capacities since the ripe age of 15. Colin is a singer/songwriter/guitarist and loves 90's era rock. He is passionate about School of Rock's mission and considers it a privilege to play a role in helping people find the greater sense of purpose SoR provides.



Vice President of Franchise Operations

Justin grew up in Ohio, dreaming of the day when he'd be able to make music a part of his job. He graduated Berklee College of Music in 2004 and joined the millions of other folks who were quickly migrating to sunbelt cities, eventually landing in Atlanta. While still finding his way in the south, Justin was tapped to open a School of Rock, and he's not looked back since. During that time, and continuing to this day, Justin has also written music that currently receives airtime on dozens of networks and hundreds of shows globally, including having his music recently used on the closing ceremonies of the 2012 Olympics. Justin has been with School of Rock since 2007.



Vice President of Company Operations

Stacey comes to School of Rock with over 12 years of work in Education and Franchising. After graduating Rutgers University, she started her career at Huntington Learning Centers bringing her passion for kids and education together. Stacey raised the bar at Huntington quickly growing her center to the top of the nation, and moving on to run the top region in the Northeast. After ten years at Huntington, Stacey went on to define quality, raise standards, and drive results at Goddard Preschools by implementing operations to support and grow the top and bottom line schools.

Although Stacey does not play an instrument she has always been very passionate about music. Her love for the Beatles started back in middle school when most kids were listening to New Kids on the Block. This excitement for music and childhood education made School of Rock an easy choice.



VP of Knowledge Management and Engagement

Sam has always had a passion for music as well as technology. While pursuing a music degree in Jazz Studies at DePaul University in Chicago, he also began to work at Apple in its retail stores. After completing his degree, he ended up spending almost ten years at Apple focusing on technical support, management, and training. His two passions have now found their home at School of Rock. He has been with School of Rock since 2013, and today he oversees training and learning programs at School of Rock.

Director, Company Operations

Colleen founded one of the first modern roller derby leagues in 2004 in her hometown of Madison, WI. She spent the next seven years building the roller derby empire as General Manager of the Mad Rollin’ Dolls and as President of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association before joining School of Rock in 2011. She has found many similarities between young rockers and rollergirls, but the kids smell better.

Musically, she’s an enthusiastic hack who can occasionally be found on minor stages with her band Death By Diesel.



Director, Company Operations

Kris Kierulff, aka Kris K, began his career in the music industry as a concert promoter and radio DJ at Western Washington University, all the while having a desire to one day work with youth, Kris designed a degree at Fairhaven College in Youth Empowerment through Artistic Expression. Kris has worked for One Reel and Bumbershoot, been a tour manager, booking agent, production manager, and talent buyer. Basically, if it has to do with live music, he's been there, done that and traveled across the United States and Europe with bands like Death Cab for Cutie, Eels, and Architecture in Helsinki. Kris opened the School of Rock Seattle in 2008, steadily growing it to a systemwide top performer and currently manages 15 Company owned School of Rock locations nationwide.

Franchise Development Coordinator

A Denver semi-native, Ken has spent his entire career working in the music business including radio and concert promotions at venues such as Fiddler’s Green, Pepsi Center and the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheater. A singer and guitarist, Ken recently released a melodic hard rock album "Thrill To Your Touch" under the band name Fortress. He is excited to help franchise candidates across the world learn more about School of Rock franchising and the scope of SoR programs.
